Hubraise Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Hubraise platform available at https://hubraise.com. By using our platform or purchasing a membership, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. About Hubraise
Hubraise is a funding intelligence platform built to simplify the process of finding funding opportunities for entrepreneurs and small businesses. Our platform provides members with access to a curated directory of grants, venture capital resources, investor lists, and alternative funding sources.
We exist to make the funding search easier and more efficient. Hubraise is not a lender, investment advisor, or funding agency. We provide access to resources and information to support your journey. Membership is required for full access to our directory and resources.
2. Membership, Payment & Renewal
Membership Access: Hubraise offers membership access through a 3-Month Pass priced at $34.99, billed every three (3) months unless canceled. Your membership provides access to the Funding Directory, tools, and resources exclusive to members.
Payment & Renewal: Payments are securely processed via Stripe. Memberships auto-renew every three months. You will receive an email notification prior to each renewal. By subscribing, you authorize Hubraise to charge your payment method on file.
Cancellation: You may cancel your membership at any time from your account dashboard. To cancel:
- Go to Account Settings
- Click on the Plan tab
- Select Cancel Subscription
If you experience any issues while canceling, feel free to email us at support@hubraise.com or use the chat feature at the bottom of our website. Cancellation stops future billing cycles but does not refund the current active period.
Managing Your Account:
- Update your payment method
- View and download past invoices
- Change your organization name or mailing address
- Invite team members (up to 5 per company)

3. Refund Policy
Memberships are non-refundable due to the nature of digital access. However, if you were unintentionally charged for a renewal, you may contact us within 48 hours of the charge to request a review.
Approved refund requests will be fully processed within 72 hours of the renewal charge. This policy applies to renewal charges only and does not cover initial purchases.

4. User Conduct
By using Hubraise, you agree to:
- Use the platform for personal or business-related research only.
- Refrain from sharing, reselling, or distributing your membership access or directory content.
- Avoid scraping, harvesting, reverse-engineering, or using automated tools to extract information from the platform.
- Keep your team access within the allowed member limit unless authorized by Hubraise.
Violations of this section may result in account suspension or termination without refund.
5. Intellectual Property & Data Disclaimer
Hubraise owns the platform’s design, search functionality, and user interface.
The Funding Directory compiles information from third-party sources, public records, and publicly available data. Hubraise does not claim ownership of third-party content but compiles it for your convenience.
We strive to provide accurate, up-to-date information, but we do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of any listings. Users should always verify information independently before making business decisions.
Copying, redistributing, or reselling Hubraise content, tools, or platform designs without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
6. Privacy & Data Security
Your personal information is securely stored and encrypted through Outseta, our membership management system. We collect minimal usage data (login activity, time spent) to improve the platform. Hubraise does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties.

7. Third-Party Services
Hubraise works with trusted third-party services, including Stripe for payments and Outseta for account management.
If you experience any issues related to your membership, billing, or access, please email us or use the chat feature on our site. We are committed to resolving any issues promptly.
8. Limitation of Liability
Hubraise is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or specific financial outcomes from using the platform.
Hubraise is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for your current subscription period.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved according to these laws.
10. Entire Agreement & Severability
These Terms represent the complete agreement between you and Hubraise regarding the platform’s use. If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain valid and enforceable.
