Hubraise Grant Programs – Terms & Conditions

Hubraise (“we,” “us,” or “our”) offers two exclusive grant programs to support U.S.-based small business owners within our paid membership community. By participating, members agree to these terms. Purchasing membership and submitting a grant application constitutes full acceptance. Hubraise reserves the right to modify these terms. Any changes will be communicated to members via email.

Members must purchase the one-time $34.99 membership fee (non-refundable once application access is granted). Members must be 18 years or older and operate a U.S.-based business. Applications must be submitted through the exclusive members-only portal. Membership grants access to apply but does not guarantee selection.

Hubraise may award up to three (3) businesses, each eligible for up to $5,000 based on merit and eligibility. The total grant pool is $15,000, subject to membership turnout and operational costs. The application deadline is Sunday, June 29, 2025, at 11:59 PM EST. Winners will be announced the week of July 25, 2025, via email to all applicants. All three winners will be contacted one week prior to verify U.S. based eligibility and award confirmation.

Applicants must provide verifiable U.S. business registration, including LLC, EIN, or business banking records. Businesses must have been operating for at least one (1) year prior to applying and must maintain a digital presence such as a website or social media page. Applicants must provide proof of generating revenue not exceeding $150,000 in gross revenue for the most recent fiscal year. Any business exceeding this revenue cap will be disqualified. Applicants must hold an active Hubraise paid membership and submit a complete application before the deadline.

Winners will be selected based on merit, eligibility, and documentation. Three finalists will be contacted one week prior to the official announcement for verification. Finalists must respond within 72 hours or their spot will be offered to the next eligible applicant. Eligibility verification may include proof of U.S. registration and business banking verification. Businesses failing to meet eligibility will be disqualified.

While Hubraise intends to award the full $15,000, the final pool depends on the total number of paid memberships and operational costs. Hubraise reserves the right to adjust the prize pool, extend the deadline, or close the application early based on participation levels or operational capacity. All updates will be communicated to members via email. By applying, applicants agree to these terms and any adjustments.

Winners will be announced publicly via email the week of July 25, 2025. Each winning business will be featured on the Hubraise homepage with their logo, website link, and a brief story. Winners will receive $5,000 each via wire transfer within 7 business days after eligibility confirmation. Winners are responsible for confirming within 72 hours or the prize passes to the next eligible applicant.

Every other week, Hubraise will award up to $400 to the most engaged member based on platform usage. The winner will be featured on the homepage and newsletter. Additionally, two runner-ups who logged in at least two to three times that week will also be featured for visibility. This reward is designed to increase platform engagement and provide visibility to our members.

Engagement is measured by time spent on the platform and overall activity. Hubraise reserves full discretion over determining engagement scores and selecting the winner each week.

The weekly reward amount is subject to change based on membership volume and operational costs. Hubraise reserves the right to adjust the reward, skip a week, or modify program terms. All updates or adjustments will be communicated transparently to members via email.

The winner will receive up to $400 in the form of a Visa digital gift card or any comparable gift card of their choice within 7 business days of confirmation. Winners must confirm acceptance within 48 hours or the prize will be offered to another eligible member. Runner-ups will be featured for visibility but will not receive a monetary prize. The reward amount may vary depending on subscriptions and operational factors, and all changes will be transparently communicated.

All winnings and rewards are considered taxable income. Winners are solely responsible for reporting earnings to the IRS or their respective state authorities. Hubraise is not responsible for any tax obligations arising from grant or reward winnings. By accepting the prize, winners acknowledge full tax responsibility.

All sales are final. Membership fees are non-refundable once access to the application is granted. Refunds are only considered for unintentional renewals reported within 48 hours of the charge. Chargebacks or payment disputes will result in immediate disqualification from all current and future Hubraise programs. All grant selection decisions are final and cannot be contested.

Hubraise is not responsible for submission failures, technical issues, or application errors caused by the user. Programs may be modified, suspended, or canceled at Hubraise's discretion due to operational needs, membership volume, or unforeseen circumstances. By applying, members agree to receive email updates, program notifications, and promotional messages. Participation in any Hubraise program confirms full acceptance of these terms and any future updates.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, USA.
